Enter the numbers on the back of your Sully’s Card.
Make sure to only enter the numbers in the lower left as shown in the image below.
Follow the prompts and that’s it!
Sully’s Rewards is a customer appreciation program. Each time you spend money at one of our locations, you earn points. Once you enroll your card, your points can be spent just like cash! You can also earn free drinks, access special discounted pricing, and earn bonus points on select products!
Yes! There is no charge to become a participant. Not only that, but you are rewarded every time you make a purchase at any of our locations. You may then redeem your points at any Sully’s location.
To join Sully’s Rewards just go to any Sully’s location and pick up a FREE Sully’s card. Then simply start using your new card. Be sure to enroll your card so you can redeem your points.
First, make sure you have enrolled your card. Then, just let our Customer Service Reps know that you would like to redeem your points. They will have you either enter your phone number, swipe your card, or scan the Sully’s App on your phone and instantly redeem those points. Using your rewards is that easy!
Unfortunately no. You must swipe your card, enter your phone number or have your Sully’s App scanned before you begin your transaction in order to earn your points.
If you have not enrolled your card you must swipe each transaction, however by enrolling your card you can use your phone number or the Sully’s App instead of swiping. * Cards are required to be swiped when purchasing fuel outside on the pump to earn points. Also, in case you ever want to Log In to check your points balance, or need to contact customer support for assistance, you will need your card # for reference. We recommend saving your card number in your phone for any future reference needs.
Yes! You can call our Customer Service line at 844-277-6071 Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. MST with the exception of observed holidays
If you believe there is a mistake in your point balance, please call us at 844-277-6071.
If you have lost your card please pick up a new card from any participating location and then please contact 844-277-6071. As long as your lost card was enrolled, we can transfer existing points from the lost card to the new card.
If you have multiple cards that you would like to have linked to accumulate points together, please call our customer service department at 844-277-6071. Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. MST
You can visit a participating location as many times as you want.
When a card has no activity for 1 full year, the card is deactivated and any/all points voided.
Check your account balance at any time by using the Sully’s App. You can also visit any participating location or log into your account. Points are posted every night but points totals are instantly viewable on the Sully’s App!.
Each point is worth $.01. So 100 points = $1.00. Points are not redeemable for cash.
No! We do not bother our customers. There may come a time when we might want to send you a special promotion, however you have the option to opt out during the sign up process.
